Currently we ask people to paste various information from about:support into bug reports. With plugins this gets harder, because we also want plugin version information, which is in about:plugins. I'd like to either include a summary of the plugins and plugin versions (including enabled/disabled status) included in about:support, or get rid of about:plugins entirely and just put that info directly into about:support.

about:plugins still gets its info via window.navigator.plugins, so it doesn't list disabled or blocked plugins. I think the best route would be to create a better section in about:support and scrap about:plugins entirely. See also bug 661961.
