Overview: MozillaReps (ReMo) is the code name for the Mozilla Representatives Program, a program that aims to empower and support volunteer Mozillians who want to be “official” Mozilla representatives in their region/locale. 

Project Scope: Webdev, Design, QA, Security, Deployment by the end of Q1 (only for Phase 1 Website)

Dependencies: None

Assumptions: Single landing page with 3 more pages (tops)
No localization
Static pages
Design from mozilla.org
Most of the project's info and day to day operations will be on the wiki.mozilla.org

Deliverables: From Webdev we will need only the landing page (plus 3 pages) for Phase 1
It should be accessible on reps.mozilla.org (staging on staging.reps.mozilla.org ? )

The landing page will be modeled after a typical mozilla.org page.
A simple "about" page will be created
A page that will aggregate blogs will be also created (need to find a way to automate the process of adding new ones)
A sign-up page will be created with fields resulting on a new bug on bugzilla.

Who's working on designs and when will they be ready for implementation?

Even though these are static pages and using mozilla.org templates, going live on April 1 seems very aggressive. We'll need time for IT, security and QA.

Mike: I am working on that. I just need the SVN tree up and running and the staging server to point to that so I can upload the work that right now is done locally.

We know it is aggresive, but still we think that we can have the simple landing page in 3 weeks from now.
