See (the currently hidden) logs like http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Firefox/1298990980.1298994265.5633.gz for 32-bit or http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Firefox/1298991604.1298993963.3630.gz for 64-bit - there are heaping gobs of suspected leaks from things like nsLookAndFeel going through various bits of gtk.

With a little luck, bug 635799 will make it more clear what's actually involved.
