In bug 641021 we disabled them because they got the slaves to hang. This will probably require adding the twistd patch unto the XP slaves (the only Windows platform missing the patch in our infra) as I had initially though so (see attachment 499149 [details] [diff] [review]). We'll see.

We have deployed the twisted patch. We should re-enable this and run it through staging to see how it behaves.
