Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. enable windows high contrast mode 2. mouse over a video that uses the built in controls 3. controls are not displayed correctly Actual Results: controls are not displayed correctly Expected Results: controls inherit windows high contrast mode colors and are displayed correctly.
