The GetPersonas Plus add-on needs a firstrun landing page to advertise some personas.  The current page is:

http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/firstrun

We need to just migrate that content over.  The featured personas on that page should come from the feature locale's collection, falling back to en-US.
Deb: is this still something we need?
Yeah, we haven't EOL'd the add-on yet, and people still use it to do favourites and rotating etc.
