Mozilla build	: 2000122920 on WinNT4 sp6b
Reproducible
: always, at least for me
Select setting	: Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Images/Alert me before downloading an image
(selected)
Visit a site with images. Then Mozilla will ask you something like this:

Confirm
The site www.foo.bar wants to load an image. Do you want to allow it?
x Remember this decision
Yes No

Now close all browser windows, except the above dialog window! And finally the
dialog window. Bang, Dr. Watson window pops up. That's our crash!

This should go to Cookies right?

And of course you shouldn't be able to close the browser if the dialog is active 
because the dialog is supposed to be modal.  So this is a dup of bug 57188
