The Flash content within a tab preview is sometimes displayed as blank (white) space. This happens if the Flash embedding container does not have a wmode parameter or if it has wmode="window". You can see this problem with any YouTube video (see attached screen shot).
This is almost certainly a known issue but I could not find the bug report. I observed this problem on Mac and Windows with the Firefox 4.0 release candidate (e.g., Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0). I think the underlying problem is with canvas.drawWindow() (I assume that is what Panorama uses).

I forgot to mention that I am using Adobe's Shockwave Flash plugin version 10.2.152.32 on Windows.

Note that bug 587447 is currently duped against another bug... that may change shortly.
