The cursor correctly changes but there is not scroll. This feature works with firefox 3.6. It also works correctly whenever a pdf is loaded from website. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to a website 2.Try to use the two finger scroll on the touchpad 3. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Scrolling
I have had the same problem since upgrading to FF4. Yesterday I noticed that the scrolling stops working if any open tab has application context. After some more investigation I found out that the application "eats" the scrolling events thus the scroll events happen in the application. I verified this by: 1 open a webpage that scroll works on 2 open a pdf (that is large enough to need scrolling) in second tab 3 switch to the first tab and try to scroll down 4 switch to second tab and voila the pdf has scrolled down Hope this bug can be fixed soon, it is really annoying.
You could be seeing bug 605357 or bug 622410.

@Timothy This is a separate issue than those bugs. I can scroll fine in Firefox at ANY TIME except when a PDF is opened in a tab. My keyboard shortcuts (page down, etc.) work perfectly: they only work on the activated tab I am viewing. Different problem.
Severity: normal → S3
