An addon was likely the cause - please can you try enabling/disabling them one at a time (restarting Firefox after each for the change to take effect) to find the culprit, so it's author can be notified. Once found, please post the name and version of the addon - thanks!

Sorry! I have to admit an error! Firefox 4.0 is not working with this the web service mymail.company_name.com! I thought I was working with version 4 but it was the old 3.15. ... version! Sorry! Then I tried to deactivate all add ons in version4, as supposed: The same problem! Some information from the calendar is shown, but no email! The problem continues! Could you right click the errors and use copy to get the full error message please - thanks! Also, after that could you try going to about:config (type in address bar) entering html5.parser.enable in the search/filter box and then right click it and choose toggle (to set it to false). Then reload the webmail page and see if it works. After that, please change html5.parser.enable back to true by right clicking "reset".

OKm I changed the html.praser.enable to "false". Then I was directed first to the start site, not directly to the "incomming mails" site. Choosing there (start site) the link "Vollmodus" gave the same problems I had, choosing the link live modus, then it worked!
The JS URLs in comment 8 imply that your company is using iNotes. Is this the case? If so, this is a dupe of bug 633113

Given lack of response, just going to go with the likely assumption that this is indeed a dupe of bug 633113 for the reason in comment 10.
