1)Load:
https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/editors/queue/preliminary#review-actions
2)Review an add-on with multiple canned response text as follows:
-enablePrivilege or codebase_principal_support usage and
-Binary,obfuscated, minified code
3)Click on Save

Result: In the notification email received following link issue is noticed:
