64572 - body not being send on second end if compose window is shown after error

The bug is fairly easy to reproduce:
0) turn on NNTP logging
1) start mozilla
2) subscribe to the newsgroup "control" at news.mozilla.org
3) select the newsgroup in your folders pane
4) compose a new message where you only write something in the subject. DONT 
write anything in the body of the compose
5) press send
6) mozilla now shows you a error saying "empty postings now allowed"
7) the old compose window is now shown again
8) Now enter some text into the body of the compose and press Send
9) Mozilla complains again over "empty posting". But the posting was not empty. 
But according to the NNTP posting the posting was indeed empty. Composing 
doesn't seem to send the body of the message....
