645809 - Switch from last pane to first pane in the promo module is not smooth

Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/discovery/pane/4.0/Darwin
2. Click on the '>' in the promo module till you get to the last pane('Get Add-ons On The Go' pane)
3. Click '>' again
4. Click '<' to load the last pane

expected behavior:
The first pane('First time with Add-ons?') loads smoothly

observed behavior:
The switch from last pane to first pane is not smooth.

I'm guessing this was in that milestone because it's a regression. This behavior doesn't happen in prod and I don't know why it happens now.

I think potch cleaned this up last week to fix the minor alignment issues that were filed, this may be a side effect of that simplification.  To be clear, by "not smooth" we're talking about it scrolling back through all the frames, right?  Not an actual jerky motion?
