Here's an outline of what needs to get done:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Input/Releases/4.0/Channels_ReWork
Feel free to comment or add questions. This is the highest priority feature to complete by 4/12. In terms of release, we'll have two options:
1. Do a follow-up 3.3.6 release
2. Release 3.4.
The second option is only available is all P1/P2 bugs are completed in time for QA testing.

There are two parts to this: The Input (incoming feedback) and dashboard side. We first need to get the input part right, so we are not excluding people from leaving feedback, and second, show the data on the dashboard.
For the input, people should be able to leave feedback almost always, and preferably in the same way for whatever Firefox version they are using. Our current code will "break" for the first time when a new nightly uses a 4.0.1.1 (or so). Oour code will think it's a release and show that feedback method.
Can we do away with different submission processes for different Firefox versions and have everybody just see the same submission page?
After we collect feedback properly, showing it on a unified dashboard will be relatively simple.

I think the remaining dependencies are "nice to haves". Closing this to clean house.

Yep, Dave's on the ball there. The only bug remaining is updating the product details library which is nice to have (a **really nice to have**) and will get sorted out soon. Thanks for asking!
