Presently when Reload and Stop buttons are placed next to the urlbar they are joined to it. This behavior should be used for the RSS button as well.

Maybe somebody could hack "RSS Icon In Awesombar"[1] back into mainline ;-)

We don't want further magic merges and moves in the toolbars, we had enough.  So this as it is is WONTFIX.  On the other side I would be very happy to add back the discovery button, but I'm likely the only one :)
