Large tabs can land in the wrong group when dragged and dropped in Tab Panorama.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one large panorama group with a single tab in it. The tab will stretch to occupy the entire group.
2. Create two small groups, one above another, to the right of the large group.
3. Grab the large tab by the top left corner and try to drop it into the top small group.

Actual Results:  
Tab is dropped into the bottom group, or more generally, it appears to be dropped into whatever group was underneath the TAB CENTRE.


Expected Results:  
Tab is dropped into the top group, or more generally, whichever group is underneath the MOUSE CURSOR.

Able to reproduce. Tab is dropped into the bottom group instead of the top group where the mouse cursor is place.
