I use Mozilla under Windows and can change themes just fine. When I go to use it
under linux I don't see any button there to change to the new theme or any
description of the theme. This has made it so I can't switch from the "Classic"
theme that came preloaded with .7

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to preferences
2.Go to themes area
3.Notice that there isn't a button to switch themes

Actual Results:  No themes change

Expected Results:  A button to activate the selected theme. A decription of the
selected theme

you must resize the preferences window to see the description & apply theme 
button.

Verifying. Note: jdunstan, to switch themes, you can also use the menubar: click
View->Apply Theme->Theme.
