there are some residual crashes with this signature but looks like a combination of a new crash on mozilla-central with also intermittent dups

this bug focuses mostly on the new crash with the higher volume of reports and stacks like

We should see about 5 more than 6.

PR_EnterMonitor sig has 7 crashes in the last week on Aurora.
GetWindowThreadProcessId has no crashes in Aurora and only 3 crashes in the last week across all versions.
nsComponentManagerImpl::GetServiceByContractID has no crashes in Aurora and only 1 crash in the last week.

PR-EnterMonitor in the last week on Aurora/Beta: http://tinyurl.com/3nbeam7 - 32 crashes. 7 crashes on trunk and 152 on 4.0.1 in the last week.
