We're going to need to revamp showfor and getting rid of some of the cruft will help. There are a few prereqs, so assigning to Cheng for the first.

1. Figure out which/how many articles still contain {for fx3} (Cww)
2. Figure out what to do with those articles (might be "nothing right now, there aren't enough important ones") (Michael)
3. Do the thing from #2 (Michael/Cww/community)
4. Drop support for fx3.

Since there's still a large number of articles to fix even if we ignore the ones to be archived, I asked James to postpone removing support for Fx3. This will allow us (and more importantly, localizers) more time to fix these articles. 

Instead we should make {for fx3} = For Firefox 3 only (it's current meaning) when we make the other changes to {for} https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=651225
