651321 - Need the password for my "Mozilla LDAP" to commit to the SVN repository for the www.mozilla.org website

I am following the instructions at
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozilla.org/Editing_Site_with_SVN#Making_Site_Changes
to make a change to the Web page
https://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/index.html
using Subversion.

When I run the "svn ci" command, I get this password prompt:

$ svn ci -m "Add a project link to python-nss." index.html 
Authentication realm: <https://svn.mozilla.org:443> Mozilla LDAP
Password for 'wtc':

I don't know what my "Mozilla LDAP" account name and password
are.

I tried the account name and password for https://despot.mozilla.org/,
but they don't work for https://svn.mozilla.org:443.

ebalangue: thank you.  I received the temporary password that you
emailed me and changed it to a new password.  But the "svn ci"
command still fails.  I tried both [e-mail] and wtc%google.com
as the username.

$ svn ci -m "Add a link to the python-nss project." index.html

wtc has had an account for a very long time... He should have commit access already for www.mozilla.org.

showed in comment 4.

I verified that I can log in to the Mozilla LDAP password reset page with
username [e-mail] and the password.
