Landry is working on upstreaming a number of patches to build Firefox on OpenBSD, and tryserver access would be useful to verify that these patches are not adversely affecting Tier 1 platforms before landing.  I vouch for his L1 commit access.

Landry, please see http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/, attach a public SSH key, and submit the committer's agreement to get access to the tryserver.
