This is a real nit. Normally when you mouse-over the menu name (file, edit,
view, search, etc), the one that the mouse is on will appear to be raised
indicating that it is not pressed. Then when you click on one of them, it
appears to be lowered indicating that it is pressed, and the submenu items then
appear in the raised state. This all works fine unless you do the following:
1. Move the mouse to "view". It appears raised as it should
2. Click the left mouse button. "view" now appears depressed and it submenu
items appear raised.
3. Click on the submenu item "apply themes" and switch to another theme
4. After the new theme comes up, move the mouse to "view". It now appears
depressed (it should appear raised).
All other menu names appear raised except "view". This gets cleared up the next
time you click on "view".
This is 51996.
