Steps:
------
1) Login at https://addons.allizom.org
2) Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/discovery/pane/4.0/Windows
3) In the Carousel navigate to the Collection panel
Result: There is a carousel where three add-ons belonging to a particular collection are listed. There is a "Find more add-ons in the {collection_name} collection" link in the panel.
Actual Result: There is no "Fine more add-ons in the {collection_name} collection" in the collection panel
