OS: Android 2.3.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Browse to www.google.com
3. Due to Bug 641836 tap on input field/reload page
4. Switch device to landscape mode
5. Tap on input field
6. Tap on device Menu button

Expected result:
After step 5, form assistant is above the vkb. After step 6, the Menu is in front of the vkb.

Actual result:
Both form assistant and app Menu are covered by the landscape vbk.

Notes:
I think that it would be much better if vkb is dismissed when device Menu button is tapped and instead of it to be displayed the Fennec Menu (both in portrait and landscape).
After step 5, the input filed is not in focus (as it is in portrait mode). Should I file another bug for this?
