Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110414 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.10
After Thunderbird auto updates and starts, for that session if you right click on a URI in an email message, instead of displaying a context menu with a few items, it shows a huge context menu with what appears to be every option.
If you quit Thunderbird and restart it, the problem goes away and will not come back until the next auto-update
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start thunderbird when an update is available, allow it to auto update and restart
2. Select an email message that contains a URI
3. Right click that URI
Actual Results:
Context menu has 44 entries on it.
Screenshot: http://www.lum.co.uk/temp/ThunderbirdContextMenu.png
Expected Results:
Context menu should have 6 entries on it

Any Errors on Tools -> Error console ?
Does it goes away if you start Thunderbird in safe-mode (see http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe-Mode) ?
I will have to wait until the next update before trying this as it only happens on the first start immediately after applying an update.
I cannot see any errors relating to this in the error console, only unrelated complaints about POP3 on my work's awful mail server.

Probably is extension related issue: next time try first disabling extension and then update, restart and check if the issue is gone.
