I'am working with TB e-mail client with my local language (Russian). If I change View->Classic, Vertical or wide window split I have problems with reading currently selected mail. Coding is broking.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open TB
2. Select some mail (in incoming folder for example) writen in local languge with local coding (I'am not sure is it affected with UCS but I think yes)
3. You see selected mail and can read it.
4. Now go to menu and change window split. Change to different one from currently selected.
5. Now you can see that coding of selected mail is broken.

Actual Results:  
Coding is broken.

Expected Results:  
Coding of selected mail should not be changed.
