Continue button is not enabled after canceling upload of screenshot during add-on submission

STR:
1.Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/1
2.Go through the submission process till step 4:Add images
3.Click Add Screenshots and add some screenshots
4.While the screenshots are being uploaded cancel the upload by clicking (X) on the bottom of the screenshot
5.Observe the state of Continue button

Actual Result:Continue button is not enable. It enables after the page is reloaded at step 4.

I uploaded 2 screenshots, both were deleted properly and the continue button was disabled at first, but was enabled shortly after.  I expect the upload actually completed (it just wasn't saved) and then the continue button enabled.  Anyway, -> worksforme.
