When launching the action "Open message in new window", eg. when double-clicking on a message in a folder, thunderbird doesn't check for a window with this message already opened
=> you can get multiple times the same message that is opened - although this is normally not your intention as a user
=> thunderbird should activate this current window that shows already the message.
Reproducible: Always
