The legacy APIDOC pages should be moved off of www.mozilla.org and to a more appropriate place, such as the wiki, MDN or the www-archive.mozilla.org site (if the information is no longer relevant and should be marked as obsolete).

The upcoming www.mozilla.org/.com merge requires that we move any unowned pages off of the site.  Technical documentation also should be on the wiki or MDN where it is easier to edit and keep updated.

I'm not sure who to copy here since the APIDOC author listed on the page and in the history has a netscape.com address that I assume is no longer valid.
