656835 - Migrate or archive SVG content on www.mozilla.org

The main SVG page on www.mozilla.org is redirecting to MDN but there are still pages in the SVG directory in the www.mozilla.org repository that we need to deal with.

Archiving legacy content is now a requirement for being able to move forward with the mozilla.org/.com merge.

If there is no plan to manually migrate this old SVG content in the short term, we will go ahead with moving this content off of www.mozilla.org and putting it someplace where you can decide what to do with it on your own schedule.  That may be either the www-archive.mozilla.org site or an archive section of MDN.

/projects/svg archived and existing redirects moved into the main .htaccess file in r88943.

Note that any content that isn't covered by the existing redirects automatically get redirected to the www-archive.mozilla.org site.  For example:

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/svgmoz.svg

goes to

http://www-archive.mozilla.org/projects/svg/svgmoz.svg
