As now we have icon showing pop-up wasn't opened, we can get rid of this pop-up notification.
No need to double information about it.

Version: unspecified → Trunk
Workaround for this can be se to "false" this key privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage" in about:config
insted of removing all old feature
The notification bar provides keyboard access, which the icon doesn't.
