Hi,
I'd like to suggest two features related search engines:
1) After adding more search engines, it's not comfortable to wave your mouse there and back to edit more than one keyword. Assigning keyword edit to doubleclick would be handy, as this mouse action currently has no function and doubleclick seems quite intuitive for this.
2) It would be great to add possibility to export/import search engines to/from a file including their order and keyword. Currently, I can copy all SE XML files, but then I lose both their order and the keywords, or copy the whole prefs.js file, which then clutters my profile with unneeded settings…
Reproducible: Always

Bug 640418 is the corresponding double click-bug for Seamonkey.
BTW, please post only one bug per bug report, otherwise the bugs get hard to manage in Bugzilla.

Is it possible to
OS: All → Windows 7
Summary: Function request: edit search engine keyword with doubleclick, export/import search engines to a file including their order and keyword → Function request: export/import search engines to a file including their order and keyword
Version: Trunk → unspecified

Oh, sorry for the unfinished comment, I just didn't know whether it's possible to edit heading for a bug.
What about the aforementioned request #2: export/import search engines to a file including their order and keyword? I'd love to see this funcionality in Firefox… :-) Backing up more search engines is quite inconvenient these days, as the only fast and easy way that I know of is to copy the search engines folder with XML files and than assign all the keywords and set the order again.

We're not going to do this. Note that you can copy the search JSON file from your profile for a backup.
