658214 - Improper rendering in about:config when panning to left or right and when adding a new preference

Device: LG Optimus 2X (Android 2.2) 

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to about:config
2. search for extensions.blocklist.url
3. tap on the result and then try to pan the text from the value field to the right
4. clear the search bar
5. click on any button from the "Add a New Preference" section


Expected Results: 
- after step 3 you should be able to see all the text from the vale field and the page should be displayed with no problem
- after step 5 the fields for the new preference should appear.

Actual Results: 
- after step 3 the display of the page is duplicate and you can't pan the text(screenshot 1)  
- after step 5 under the "Add a New Preference" text nothing appears(screenshot 2)

This is a dupe, but I can't find the original bug, atm.

Yes, it has steps like in Bug 604375 which is dupe of Bug 604360 which is dupe of Bug 602723 which is resolved worksforme which describes another steps and another behavior.
