Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec App
2. Tap on URL Bar
3. Switch device from portrait to landscape
4. Tap again on URL Bar
5. Go to www.google.com
6. Tap on Search field

Expected result:
After steps 4 & 6 vkb is displayed on fullscreen mode.

Actual result:
After step 4 vkb is displayed on half of screen, but after step 6 vkb is displayed on fullscreen mode.

Due to bug 649051 we reverted back to using a full screen for smaller devices in landscape.  Portrait mode will remain as half screen.

Reproduced: this is not a problem on a Galaxy Tab but it shows the above mentioned (inconsistent) behavior on smaller devices.

Can still reproduce this particular bug on nightly on smaller devices

Looks like some half screen mode is kept when it switches over from the tab web page to the awesome page after switch from portrait to landscape.
