Seen on http://www.sportschau.de/sp/layout/php/ticker/index.phtml?event=10559&tid=1863&popup (while likely go away soon, so attaching it)

Panning in the area with the many short messages will move the separating lines of the background first until a certain threshold is topped and the text will follow (jump). This can be repeated. See attached screenshots.
