Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:6.0a2) Gecko/20110525 Firefox/6.0a2

Choosing to open the WebConsole into a window, freezes the menu and eventually repositions the window.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new profile
2. Open WebConsole
3. From the "Position" menu choose "window"
4. Go to Position menu again and try to select anything

Actual results:
 - the menu is frozen, the list of options cannot be accessed

Expected results:
 - the menu is accessible

Workaround:
 - after step 4, click once on the title bar of the webconsole and then click the "Position" menu again -> the menu will be accessible but the window will reposition itself
I cannot reproduce the bug. I use Linux as well.

Can anyone else repro?
I can reproduce an issue related to this on the Aurora:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:6.0a2) Gecko/20110526 Firefox/6.0a2

*Note:
When choosing the "Window" option, the position of the web console jumps from its place -> instead of a menu freeze as in the description.
I'm attaching a screen video of the issue. Sorry for the frame rate. I hope it's clear enough.

Also, I'm running Ubuntu 10.4. The issue in the Description is on Ubuntu 11.04. So the Web Console position menu has different behaviors from one Ubuntu version to another.
I use Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

I cannot reproduce the problem from comment 0.

The problem in comment 2: I cannot reproduce it either, but it looks familiar. It is a bug in the xul:panel implementation. You tell the panel to open at a certain location and when you start to interact with it, it jumps a few pixels off to the right and to the bottom. Uh oh, the joys of xul:panels. :) It's not a Web Console problem.

I see you have Compiz enabled. I do not.

I enabled Compiz and I cannot reproduce any of the two issues.

Please make a separate bug report for the problem in comment 2.
