659931 - Web Console window panel changes its position when partially off-screen

 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0a2) Gecko/20110525 Firefox/6.0a2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Fx on a clean Profile (use build starting 05/24/2011)
2. Launch the WebConsole
3. Make sure the WebConsole is in Window mode
4. Drag the WebConsole window to another position on the screen
5. Click on the "Position" button

Expected Result:
After step 5 the position of the WebConsole on the screen should not change

Actual result:
The position of the WebConsole window changes

It looks like if one edge of the Window Console gets outside the screen area the issue described is visible. If the Web Console window is moved inside the screen area, the screen flashes if focusing (clicking) the window top.

This is a widget bug for sure, I have just noticed the panel window moving back on screen after I drag it partially off screen - also a momentary flicker is seen when dragging the panel.

I changed the title of this bug to describe it a little better. I think there might be a couple of different bad behaviors here. For me, just dragging the panel (window) slightly off screen makes it pop back to a position fully on screen, for others it may be when you click on it.

With further testing I see that if I focus anything in the console window panel it changes position if it is dragged off screen a little bit. It does not just move on its own.

Found another mis-behavior that might be related to this bug:

ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0a2) Gecko/20110609 Firefox/6.0a2

STR:
1. Launch the Web Console and make it a window
2. Use the ctrl+shift+k repeatedly to bring up / close the web console
*Notice that the position of the web console window changes after a new bring up on the screen.

Is this a different bug? Attaching a screen video of the issue just to be more clear. Thanks
