Panorama is only showing one window when launched from most windows and not all windows are showing up when it does display more than one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have multiple windows open
2. Launch Panorama


Actual Results:  
Not all windows show up in Panorama

Expected Results:  
All windows should show up in Panorama.

Even if I choose new window from a window it doesn't show both windows. Is this a running in separate processes problem?

No, this is actually a missing feature that we're tackling in the near future.
