steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addons
2. Click on red 'Compatibility' link for an add-on not supported on 4.0.1
3. Update the add-on compatibility range to 5.*
expected behavior:
Compatibility link becomes blue since an add-on which is compatible with 5.* is assumed to compatible with FF 4
observed behavior:
Compatibility link remains red.

I think this is because version_int for 5.* and 6.* produce 200100.
