All the failures from from Run #11 which was testing compatibility against 6.* are related to
a) navigator.language
b) existence of binary components
If the run was on 5.* compatible add-ons, any tests from 4->5 shouldn't be considered

After investigation, I filed more specific bugs: bug 661569 and bug 661576
> b) existence of binary components
This is expected behavior since (per Jorge in IRC) every compatibility bump should fail if there are binary components
