For users that want easy access to permit or prohibit movement and noise in all webpages without needing to navigate all the about:config prefs, please put checkboxes in about:permissions for gif, aPNG and SMIL animations and the built-in <audio> tag. They would be ticked enabled by default of course. Not sure if the types of animations need to be mentioned if they're all going to be one checkbox.
There have been a lot of requests for additional functionality in about:permissions, so there will need to be design decisions around which of them to include and how to include them. If we do this, it would likely be in the next larger iteration of the feature.
