Matjaz got access to CVS/HG in bug 411111, but it seems he may not have the svn localizer bits enabled. Can we get that made sure?

There was apparantly one checkbox unchecked, so Mathjaz couldn't commit. XioNoX fixed it, by checking "Enabled" box under SVN. Mathjaz, please try now and close the bug if you can commit.
