66247 - Print Bookmarks from Bookmarks Manager window

Someone asked me today how do I print my bookmarks file.  I was surprised to
find out that you couldn't from the bookmarks manager.  You have to basically
export the bookmarks file, open up that file in a browser and print from there.
 Even that's not ideal because it only shows the name of the bookmark, not the
url or any of the other fields such as last visited, keywords etc.  

So, requesting, in the Bookmarks Manager, a print option in the file menu that
will print out the Bookmark Manager window, including all the information in
that window depending on whether the user has selected to view all columns, some
or just one.

trivial, the correct way to print the bookmarks file is to load it and print 
it.  I'm not sure that it makes any sense to print bookmarks or history, 
however we might as well support printing both.

Users would expect the bookmarks to be printed WYSIWYG -- as shown in the 
bookmarks window, rather than as rendered in Navigator. Printing the bookmarks 
as they would be shown in Navigator would also fail to print the URL of each 
bookmark, a rather major omission.

And select print bookmarks, I just get a large window containing that line and 
the date that my bookmarks were created?

If someone wants to print a screen, they can use the os, windows, macos, X11 
and BeOS all have print screen functionality (printscreen, cmd-opt-3, 
<pickyourfavoriteapp>, printscreen).

We should probably consider printing as a style sheet application. What data 
should be shown, what data might the user want to see beyond a baseline, what 
layout do we want...

An important reminder, the average screen is wider than it is tall. Printer 
Paper is naturally oriented so that it is taller and narrow.

Ooops, your printer just chopped off all of the important information, i'm soo 
sorry.

A much better approach is to treat bookmarks like contact cards, each data 
element becomes a single line. If a few data elements are known to be narrow 
they can be combined into a single line.

need to change this back as per our conversation on how setting of milestones
works.  Please nominate nsbeta1 if you feel it is important for the next release.
