Now that Bug 651593 has been implemented lets do two things:

1. Create a custom report that shows the offsite links being clicked on within the Mozilla.org profile.

I imagine that report to look something like this:
Page URL | Link | Impressions (or page views) | Clicks | Conversion

Brad - please create within the next week.

2. Monitor and report back % change of hits sent to Webtrends. The original idea to implement just on Mozilla.org came from our desire to test this type of tagging out to see if one day we want to apply it to Mozilla.com. By measuring the increase of hits it Mozilla.org gets we'll be able to get a good idea of the ramifications this type of tagging will have on our contract with WT.

Brad - since this tagging was implemented on 6/1 let's give it two weeks (6/15) before comparing hits 2 weeks pre/post.

Target Milestone: 2.9 → 2.10
This has been done and looks great. We saw a hit increase by 15% due to this tagging. See related bug 666319 for more. Closing this bug, since this test tagging is complete.

We're currently investigating the offsite link tracking within the "Link tracking with destination URL" report since that data isn't looking right.

The offsite Link Tracking report is up and running on the Mozilla.org profile. Please take a look at data for August, it should only contain destinations outside of the .org domain.
Two reports have been created to do this:

1. Link Tracking with Destination URL
2. Link Tracking with Destination URL (Offsite only)

Within the mozilla.org profile. Woo hoo!
Note that the Link Tracking with Destination URL report contains both onsite and offsite link tracking.

These new reports are useful. Thanks.

Does it make sense to remove the Offsite Links and Offsite Links by Page reports to avoid confusion since those reports don't seem to contain that offsite link information?
I don't see why not. Laura?
