Running build 20011912 iMac OS 9.04

Mail/NewMsg/(html editor):
Insert/Page Colors and Background
The only way a colour can now be chosen on this build is by "spelling" the name 
of a solid colour. For example: blue or green or brown or orange. Selecting a 
shade from the Colour Pallette no longer works.

The above is using the menu bar for html formatting. The same phenomena appears 
by using the html toolbar.

Confirmed on NT4 SP4. Maybe OS/Platform should be All/All.
