Attachment: Add new talos-r3 machines to graphserver

RelEng/RelOps recently re-imaged a bunch of not-yet-used win64 talos machines to various other platforms. We need these new machines added to the graphserver db.

The setup sql patch is in bug 661932 (attachment 537940 [details] [diff] [review]), but I've attached the raw insert SQL we need run against the graphserver db (and the staging db, if there is one).

This is the final step in getting these re-imaged machines into production and hence improving test wait times, so a quick turnaround on this would be appreciated.

I thought I saw in #build that this was done already (by dumitru), but I don't see the new hosts on http://graphs.mozilla.org/.  I don't want to turn up the slaves until this is ready.  Can you clarify?

The script that dgherman ran was for bug 661155. We still need this SQL run.
