Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec app
2. Go to Preferences > Language
3. Tap on language button
4. Scroll up/down the language list

Expected result:
Language list is scrollable. No additional elements are displayed over it.

Actual result:
After step 4, Preferences buttons are half displayed over the language list. 

Notes:
Please see the attached screenshots.
If the device is switched to landscape, the list width is far to wide than the list contents need.

Same steps but different graphic defect occurs on 2.3.

I think this is a similar symptom of the same issue (if not I'll file a new bug). See screenshot.

To reproduce

1. Open two or more tabs
2. Perform a Quit
3. On landscape, tap the application menu while the dialog is open.

Step 3 seems like a new bug. We should probably not open any menu if a modal dialog is open. Xti and Madhava are discussing this now on IRC :)

This issue doesn't occur on:
