I have seen this failure while running our Mozmill update tests for all locales. The ml locale of Firefox 3.6.17 at least on OS X gets updated directly to 4.0.1 instead of 3.6.18.

So it's probably somehow connected to bug 629256.

Henrik, I've just pushed 3.6.17 -> 3.6.18 mac updates for ml and te locales to the betatest and releasetest channels. 

I checked the following URLs and they look good. However, it would be great to rerun mozmill tests again. I'll push the snippets to the beta and release channels if the tests pass.

Verified that both locales are getting correctly updated on both channels.
