When right-click at the empty park of tab bar, context menu is doing so strange.
(It's hard to explain :)It fall down smothly and bouncing fast.
I test it at Ubuntu 11.04+GNOME3 but another user with Kubuntu 11.04 reported that he(or she) has same problem.
Also notice right-click only few cm from right side(+ button) of tab bar can reproduce this bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox 5 with few tab so there's space at right side of tab bar.
2.Right-click empty space of tab bar(actually near from [+] button).
3.Something wrong at view context menu.

Actual Results:  
It fall down smothly and bouncing fast.
Also it didn't show context menu, just like as piece of screenshot.

Expected Results:  
Show context menu like as Menu Bar, Navigation Toolbar, and so on.
Also, context menu should not moving.

The context menu in this bug can show at every toolbar.
But this bug only happen at tab bar, and only happen at little part of space.

I didn't test it at another system like as Windows or Mac.
