Details

The "column picker" in the MailNews thread pane looks like it's at the right 
edge of the window, but it isn't.  This is confusing, and like a similar 
situation with scrollbars in Win Classic (bug 52888) and the scrollbars in IE, 
makes the control harder to click.
Hmm, so now in Modern, this bug is fixed except for bug 68905.  (I still can't 
hit a *message* in the threadpane with my cursor at the far right of the 
screen, though.)
I also can't hit a scrollbar at the right edge of the threadpane in modern or 
classic.  (In modern, I *can* hit the scrollbar in navigator or in the message 
pane.)

Fix after the outliner landing, AFAICS.
